Bonnie has become a master at organizing her time so that each and every one of her clients can be given her undivided attention while she is working with them. As a consumer advocate before becoming a Realtor, she understands the true meaning of providing service and she has dedicated herself to maintaining the highest standard. To Bonnie, this means going beyond the nuts and bolts of listing and selling homes it involves everything from helping people find bankers, loan officers and attorneys to contractors and housepainters. Bonnie is particularly proud of her ability to understand a buyers' needs such that she can edit the market on their behalf and successfully find those properties that will suit them to a "T". A Realtor since 1985, she has developed a network of resources and excellent relationships with other sales agents to facilitate her work. Her patience and perserverance are evident from the beginning of the process until the final negotiations where her calm and steady approach assure a smooth transaction.
Evanston has been home to Bonnie and her family for twenty-five years. She has been involved in local community and political organizations serving on the Board of the Southeast Evanston Association and Dempster Area Residents East. She is an Honorary Board Member of the Piven Theatre Workshop. Having subdivided, sold a larger home and bought a condo, Bonnie is able to share her insights based on personal experience with her clients.
